How women can reduce hips?

    I would like to reduce my large hips. Any tips on this?


    You could combine Cardio, Weight training and Yoga. Whatever you do, follow consistently. All the best!


    I swear by Yoga, there are some great poses that help you tone your hips. Try the positions; plank, side plank, bridge, sitting pose, wheel, downward dog, triangle pose and plough pose. Also, do Surya Namaskar every morning.


    You really cannot do spot weight reduction. Do Cardio at least five days a week and Yoga/ Pilates twice a week.


    I did swimming for a month and lost a lot of weight, also lost inches around my hips. Wish you good luck!
