    How to reduce tummy fat?


    First of all, you really cannot lose weight in one area of the body. I did Intermittent Fasting for a couple of weeks, then normal diet for a couple of weeks. Then did the same cycle again until I achieved my target. I thought it was very effective.


    Surya Namaskar is great for shedding weight. Do 20 to 50 repetitions every day. Eat healthy and sleep well.


    Jumping jacks, skipping rope and Squats, Mountain Climber and Yoga are some of the exercises I used to lose 30 KGs. Good luck to you.


    Cardio 5 days a week, eat healthy, drink plenty of water, sleep for eight hours.
