    I walk five miles every day and I would like to tone my lower belly. Is there a way to tone my stomach while walking?



    Inhale and Exhale using stomach muscles. Once you learn to breathe correctly you can actually tone stomach throughout the day. It greatly tones the stomach muscles.



    When you walk, keep your spine straight and pull in your stomach muscles. Do this throughout while you walk.



    As you walk swing your arms. The brisk movement would help you tone your mid-section. Happy Walking! 🙂
